The Holy Spirit brings in the Glory Presence of God
This flag is a prophetic decree that we want Holy Spirit to invade the atmosphere. He is decribed as "like a dove decending" at the baptism of Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit flies into the atmosphere in the Spirit of Prophesy to confirm gifts and callings to His people and to bring a release of His spiritual gifts and help us grow in His fruits. He is the ever flowing river, the comforter, peace maker, the refreshing wind from heaven.
DOVE= The dove is an emblem of purity and harmlessness, and the form of the dove was probably assumed at the time of Jesus baptism to symbolize His purity & blamelessness. A dove is symbolic of a messenger from heaven. A confirming sign. A dove was used as a sin offering sacrifice for cleansing and mercy from God. A dove was used by Noah to confirm his time to depart from the ark (the old) and start the new.
